Logi Info Release 9.5 announces the following elements and updates:
  • New Scheduling capabilities
    • Enhanced user and administrator scheduling options for Logi Info users
    • Cross-platform consistency for scheduling deployments in both Logi Info and Logi Ad Hoc (.NET and Java Versions)
    • An improved scheduling deployment option for customers who embed our solutions (OEMs)
    • Pre-built user interface and process scheduling elements for Logi Info
    • Migration of Logi Server Manager (legacy application) functionality into Studio

  • New Charting enhancements
    • Introduction of the Analysis Chart, a new super-element that allows for end-user customization and saving of charts at run time
    • 'Re-sizer' chart element, a new interactive control that allows end-users to adjust chart sizes on the fly
    • Auto chart properties, a more intuitive way for developers (and wizards) to build charts into reports based on the data values
    • Additional updates to non-animated pie chart visualizations and style
  • New Dynamic HTML Heat Map
    • Begin our phase-out of the current heat map Java applet
    • Support for exports with heat maps

  • Logi Studio updates
    • Style, improved wizards

  • Improved compatibility with Windows 2008 and .NET 3.5

Logi Ad Hoc: What's in the Latest Release

The 9.2 release of Logi Ad Hoc introduces the following new major benefits:.
  • 64-bit support will allow users to take advantage of working on a fully-capable 64-bit hardware architecture.
  • Support of MySQL and ORACLE for meta database, giving users more options for metadata management
  • Fully featured new management console allow management of Ad Hoc applications on other servers - including better management of multiple versions and multiple deployed servers
  • Chart enhancements, including refreshed look of charts and graphs as well as the addition of percentage distribution and trend lines in charts
  • User interface updates, including options to display minimum or all attributes on report-building wizard, and option to display the live preview in a separate window.

Logi ETL: What's in the Latest Release

Logi ETL Studio v 9.2 makes it easier for developers to get started with new wizards that help construct elements. We're also providing more simplified was to map columns as a destination and discover the appropriate schema information for your data column mappings using new wizard-style approaches.

Improved debugging capabilities from within the studio let's you view data and schema information during the run time and while testing your ETL jobs. We've continued to add functionality in the Logi ETL Web service to support actions such as better job management and integration.

We've also added the ability to run asynchronous jobs (jobs in background) and to run individual elements within a definition for testing and management purposes.

New elements include: Drop Columns data element, and elements to manage table create/delete and table index create/delete.
