Brett Jackson, President and CEO
Mr. Jackson has more than 20 years of cross-functional, executive level experience with a number of software companies, both private and public, from $10M to $200M in annual revenues, including Axent Technologies, eSecurity, Cybertrust and Digital Harbor. He has also served as an independent director of several venture backed software companies and currently serves on the board of the Shenandoah National Park Trust. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Arman Eshraghi, CTO and Founder
Mr. Eshraghi founded LogiXML with a vision to provide superior, innovative report development and analysis solutions. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Ferdowsi University and has successfully led two other software companies before starting LogiXML.

Adrian D. Muniz, CFO
Mr. Muniz brings more than 18 years of proven leadership experience within a broad range of technology companies, including e-Security, Inc., Brabeion Software and Icarus Corporation. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Catholic University of PR with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.

Ken Chow, CMO
Mr. Chow has more than 25 years of technology marketing experience. Before joining LogiXML, he was vice president of marketing at R2integrated, an Internet marketing and technology company. Prior to that, Mr. Chow led marketing at SafeNet, Group1 Software, and held a number of marketing leadership positions spanning 11 years in California’s Silicon Valley. He holds a BS in Biology from the University of California at Irvine.

Hari Srihari, SVP of Products & Solutions
Mr. Srihari has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership and customer facing positions. Among his most significant achievements were serving on the executive team that brought SeeBeyond to $200M in revenues, and generating more than $50M in new licenses revenue for BEA in the first year of bringing their Weblogic 8.1 platform to market. Mr. Srihari has also worked at Gigaspaces, Inc., Digital Harbor, Delphi Systems and IBAX. He holds a MSEE from IIT, Chicago and a BSEE from College of Engineering, Madras, India.

Dave Ploger, VP of Research & Development
Mr. Ploger is responsible for delivering the tools suite and server components for LogiXML’s Web application development environment. He and his team consistently push LogiXML forward by creating innovative and new capabilities, features, tools and technologies every day.

Steven Schneider, VP of Sales & Business Development
Mr. Schneider was a founding partner of OnDemandIQ, a Hosted Business Intelligence solution acquired by LogiXML in June 2008, after having been an OEM partner for two years. Prior to OnDemandIQ, he was a practice manager at leading web technology company, Proxicom. Mr. Schneider holds a BS in computer science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
