Editor's Note

Welcome to the March edition of the LogiBIzLink Newsletter! This is the bi-monthly newsletter for the LogiXML Business Intelligence Community (LogiBIzComm). This month we are featuring new articles by our highly regarded guest contributors:

  • Mr. Arshad Khan, a top IT professional who has authored a dozen books in diverse fields including Business Intelligence, data warehousing, SAP and BW, engineering, security, investing, and current affairs

  • Mr. Shane Quigley, a seasoned IT consultant who specializes in delivering services for Public Education in the area of Business Intelligence.

Spring is in the air and, with it, the time of new beginnings; therefore, it’s appropriate I think to talk a little about the concept of ‘New BI’ that we witnessed last week at the Gartner BI Summit in Chicago. Experts consistently spoke about the ‘Next Generation’ of Business Intelligence and what it means to the everyday knowledge worker. Read more about the Gartner show themes here or about BI 2.0 in general here.

Thank you for your continued support of LogiXML. Please let me know if I can be of assistance or answer any of your questions. I look forward to hearing from you!

Happy Spring!
