Content is available immediately or at the click of the mouse. People who visit most Web sites need to use these sites immediately, with no training.
So by necessity, the Web has evolved to be intuitive with emphasis on ease of use and has taught users how to use the Web. Thanks to pioneers like Amazon, Yahoo, Google and Travelocity, today’s users are familiar with using the browser and various Web-based applications. With Web-based applications there is less need for costly, extensive training and training materials. Users are productive right away.
