The Challenge

“Magus had developed an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and payroll software, and we needed to add a true Web-based BI product set to this mix to meet the needs of many of our customers,” continues Deshwal J.S. “Our specifications required a product that offered the full range of features our customers would want and a pricing structure that was practical for us and appealing to customers. The search for such a product was high on our agenda in late 2006."

"The Magus team had been experimenting with other products. We first came across LogiXML, as many organizations do, by undertaking a Web search to see if any existing products out there met our criteria. Frankly, we were looking for an alternative to Crystal Reporting and Qlikview. Our product development manager found LogiXML and downloaded the product to see what it could do. After a very short time, it was clear that Logi Info and Logi Ad Hoc fit our unique business needs like a glove."
