LookOutCRM is browser-based with a supporting Windows software system that can be used in a variety of formats for simple contact management, sales force automation, information management, stakeholder management and business operational management.
In early 1997, the company was created as a reseller of contact management software and provided a range of consulting, training, technical support and integration services. In 2003, they designed LookOutCRM as a Web-based application. The "LookOut" name was chosen because the founders felt that CRM software should alert users to "look out" for certain issues and circumstances.
