Logi Info and Report developers! You can now deploy your Logi applications to production servers using the new Deployment Tool available in Logi Studio with v10.0.151. This is a cool, new approach for getting your work into production.

The Deployment Tool lets you create and fine-tune your deployments, save them, and then reuse them as necessary, right from inside Studio. You can use them for initial application deployment, to deliver updates over time, and even to roll-out the latest LogiXML product release.

Within a deployment, you have a choice of mechanisms for delivering the files to your production server, including file copy across a network and several types of FTP connection. All of which support security credentials, of course.

The latest Logi Info and Logi Report release, v10.0.169, includes our new Data List element and great enhancements to the Show Modes feature. In addition, Studio's New Application wizard has been improved for Windows platforms.

•  Logi developers can use the new Data List element to produce unordered (bulleted) and ordered (numbered) lists, based on data retrieved from a data source. List items can be styled in a number of ways and can include images, labels, links, and other elements.

•  The new built-in Show Modes values allow developers to easily control the visibility of elements in specific situations; for example, when exporting data. By using them, developers can switch individual elements "on" or "off" in their reports
